Grant Financial Management

The Grant Financial Management sections within DESE oversee the fiscal administration of federal and state awarded funds. The sections provide guidance on grant requirements and assist subrecipients in the proper fiscal accountability for federal and state funds as prescribed by law. The sections ensure responsible financial management of federal and state grant programs and compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG), Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), Revised Statutes of Missouri (RSMo), and specific grant or program legislation.
