MoEdu-SAIL continues to be the online source of professional development materials and resources for Missouri school districts and the statewide system of support.
- Virtual Learning Platform (VLP)
The Virtual Learning Platform (VLP) is an online portal that provides access to free professional learning modules and supporting materials to all Missouri public schools and their teachers. The system is available to teachers and school administrators through the DESE Application Sign-in (DAS) system.

Title/Description Audience/Dates/Length Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
Description: This training will assist administrators and teachers to improve outcomes of students with disabilities through an approach to teaching and learning which emphasizes research based instructional practices using technology and whole classroom methods while personalizing each student’s instruction.
Audience: Administrators, general and special education teachers
Dates: At least once annually or as time allows according to regional priorities and follow-ups
Length: 1-2 days
