What is the difference between the LEA Follow-up Report in the MCDS Portal and the National Student Clearinghouse file?

What is the definition of "Competitively" employed?

For February Graduate Follow-up, how should we report a student who moved out of state and we cannot find out where he is or what he is doing?

If we have a student that the National Student Clearinghouse shows in college, but the student is no longer in college, what should we type in the discrepancy column in the MOSIS file?

If the NA follow-up status code is used in the February Graduate Follow-up file for a deceased student and it is not a positive placement, then are we "dinged" for a student that has passed away?

If a student is not working or going to college at all, do we use the code OTH?

For the February Follow-up file, if a child is severely disabled or incarcerated, would they be NA or Other?

On the Graduate Follow-up file, the fields for traditional/non-traditional and placement zip code are for adult students only and do not apply to comprehensive high schools, correct?

I have done follow-up on students and two have been at OTC both fall and spring semester but are still not on the NSC Report. Also no private schools are showing up. This is causing a warning because the threshold for "matching" is too high. Is there an appeal to file?

I have two students who graduated and are now in Job Corps. What is that considered? Non-college, college, employment?
