We have a student that is a Resident II student (we are sending them to a private school to meet their IEP needs). The school is sending us the attendance - we will be reporting the attendance file in June. I've heard that some other districts with R2 students do not receive their attendance. Will we receive their attendance hours?

Does a district submit 94% attendance for a student's online course that was fully completed or does DESE capture the percent of attendance based on the attendance submitted?

Our first day of school was August 18 but a student didn't show up until August 22. Can we make their enrollment date 08/22 and disregard the absences?

I have a question on how to treat a student for attendance purposes. The student is injured and will not attend school. Not receiving official “homebound” services from Special School District, but is getting work sent home and follow-up calls and other contact from teacher. Is there any attendance we can claim for this student? Can this be treated like homebound or a virtual student?

Sometimes students register with a district then change their minds and don't actually attend. However, prior to them doing that we ran our Direct Certification report showing them as our student. If we go into their record and withdraw them the same day 

We used a teacher in the past who received her certification mid-year and we had to re-pay the ADA for the students who were reported under her while she was not certified. Is that still the case?

In the June Student Enrollment and Attendance file we have some virtual students with 0 attendance hours. I need to make changes and the file is coming up with an error on those students. When I certified in June it was a warning.
