Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR)

The Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR) application provides annual financial information for each public school district or charter school in the State of Missouri. This information is required to be submitted by Section 162.821 RSMo, on or before August 15th of each year. Information available includes the beginning fund balances, ending fund balances, revenues, expenditures, and debt obligation information, as well as various transportation and special calculation reports such as building level current expenditures.

The ASBR is submitted though the DESE Application system and is available for public view under Public Applications - Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR) only after DESE staff has approved the submission.
