We have two students who changed their legal names through the court system and also requested for their genders to be changed as well. We realize all data is tracked through the MOSIS number, however, should we do more to document this?

Two school districts show the same MOSIS ID in attendance. How should this be resolved?

Sometimes students register with a district then change their minds and don't actually attend. However, prior to them doing that we ran our Direct Certification report showing them as our student. If we go into their record and withdraw them the same day 

Regarding duplicate MOSIS IDs, should we always select the first ID issued when someone transfers to our district, even if it was from Kindergarten and they were then assigned another ID from a new school and all of their testing has been done with the 2nd ID?

I have been getting some errors in DOB matching in the MOSIS ID system that a community college entered incorrectly. Why are they “claiming” our current students? Should we be re-claiming them or contacting them to fix the DOB each time?
