In support of the continued work for Executive Order 25-15 issued by Governor Kehoe in January 2025, OOC has been working to update child care licensing rules. OOC staff will be hosting informational sessions across the state to discuss high-level changes to child care licensing rules. These changes are in response to feedback from previous stakeholder listening sessions.
