If you have not accessed your certification account in over 5 years, then your account access has been disabled. Follow these steps to re-register and create a new username:

1. Click here
2. Click on "Create Account"
3. Enter the information requested and click "Create User"
4. Log in with the new username and password
5. If the "Create User" button is grayed out, try using a different username.
