Leadership Academy 2026-27 41st Class

Leadership Academy is part of the Missouri Leadership Development System (MLDS) which cultivates effective school leaders who:

• engage with school and community.
• serve as catalysts for meaningful and productive change.
• recognize and develop excellent instruction.
• create and sustain a culture of continuous learning.

Kickoff, the 41st class will start June 8 - 9th 2026 (Wyndham Hotel, Columbia, MO). Register through Frontline.

Outdoor Leadership Experience, November 4 – 7th, 2026 (YMCA of the Ozarks, Potosi, MO)

Winter Meeting, January 21 - 22nd, 2027 (Wyndham Hotel, Columbia, MO)

Graduation, June 8 - 10th, 2027 (Wyndham Hotel, Columbia, MO)

Kickoff, Winter Meeting, and Graduation payment is through your local RPDC. Outdoor Leadership Experience payment is through the YMCA of the Ozarks or your RPDC.
