Leadership Academy 2026-27 41st Class

Leadership Academy is part of the Missouri Leadership Development System (MLDS) which cultivates effective school leaders who:

• engage with school and community.
• serve as catalysts for meaningful and productive change.
• recognize and develop excellent instruction.
• create and sustain a culture of continuous learning.

Kickoff, the 41st class will start June 8 - 9th 2026.  Register through Frontline.
Outdoor Leadership Experience, November 4 – 7th, 2026 (YMCA of the Ozarks, Potosi, MO)
Winter Meeting, TBD
Graduation, TBD

Kickoff, Winter Meeting, and Graduation payment is through your local RPDC.  Outdoor Leadership Experience payment is through the YMCA of the Ozarks.
