Missouri’s CLSD program provides a wide range of key activities and other opportunities for participating schools and their LEAs as well as for all Missouri pre-service and in-service educators.

The Comprehensive Literacy State Development program receives 100 percent of its funding through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. For Federal Fiscal Year 2020, the total amount of grant funds awarded was $2,906,351.67.
