Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR)
The Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR) application provides annual financial information for each public school district or charter school in the State of Missouri. This information is required to be submitted by Section 162.821 RSMo, on or before August 15th of each year. Information available includes the beginning fund balances, ending fund balances, revenues, expenditures, and debt obligation information, as well as various transportation and special calculation reports such as building level current expenditures.

Title V: Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP)
Part B of Title V of the reauthorized Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) contains Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP) initiatives that are designed to help rural districts that may lack the personnel and resources to compete effectively for Federal competitive grants and that often receive grant allocations in amounts that are too small to be effective in meeting their intended purposes.
