The General Assembly has instituted a five (5)-year rolling review of existing rules that will begin July 1, 2015, as set forth in Section 536.175 RSMo. The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education will begin this process for rules promulgated with their designated Title of the Code of State Regulations with a sixty (60)-day public comment period. View the Code of State Regulations here.
