The next State Board of Education meeting will be held June 17 - 18, 2013
- Russell Still, a member of the Missouri State Board of Education, was honored recently by the Missouri National Education Association (MNEA) for his contributions to public education.

The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education announced at the State Board of Education meeting on May 14 that Pathways to Prosperity Missouri will expand to two additional sites in Mid-Missouri and the Kansas City region.
