An Introduction to Apprenticeships

Neil Perry, state director, U.S. Department of Labor; and Dr. John Gaal, director, Training & Workforce Development at Carpenters' District Council of Greater St. Louis & Vicinity; along with Bragg Stanley, Guidance and Counseling, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, will provide an overview of the Registered Apprencticeship Program in Missouri and the opportunities avaliable to Missouri students.

As we look to assist all student with making a successful post-secondary transition, understanding the opportunities beyond a traditonal liberal arts degree is an essential knowledge base for all school counselors, teachers, and administrators.
