Beginning March 9, 2014, Adobe Flash® Player 11.2 is now the minimum requirement for attending meetings. We recommend that you get the latest version.
This update requires a new Adobe Connect Add-in for functionality specific to meeting hosts and presenters on Windows and Mac. You will be asked to install the new Add-in when:
- You try to start/join a 9.2 meeting for the first time and have an older version of the Add-in installed
- You invoke screen sharing, application sharing, or share PowerPoint (PPTX format) files and do not have the new version of Add-in installed
If you have never attended a ConnectPro meeting before, please test your connection well in advance of the webinar. Contact your technology support personnel if you are unable to make this test connection.
Note: Participation in each live webinar is limited to 500 computers.
We have discovered some participants with wireless computer connections cannot access live webinars without serious quality issues. Our best recommendation is to use a computer that is not wireless.
