The 2010-11 Part B FER and ECSE ARRA FER are due September 30, 2011, and should include obligations/expenditures from July 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011.  Please remember that Part B ARRA and ECSE ARRA funds must be expended by September 30, 2011, and cannot be budgeted in the 2011-12 school year.  Any ARRA funds not requested on the FER will be swept and reallocated to other programs, meaning the district will not have a chance to recoup any additional ARRA funds if there is an error on the FER.  Please be sure your FER is accurate and accounts for all ARRA expenditures.  Districts will not be able to amend FERs for ARRA funds.

Remaining regular Part B funds from the FY11 grant may be carried over and expended in 2011-12.  For information on completing and submitting the FY11 Part B FER, please view the ePeGs Part B Training Manual FY11 located at
