Due to inclement weather, the Overview of IDEA Part B Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Requirement webinar was prerecorded and posted with the PowerPoint presentation at http://dese.mo.gov/webinar/webinar-02-26-13-fas.htm. The webinar clarifies the federal regulation, calculation, and reporting of MOE as well as discusses allowable exceptions and adjustments to IDEA Part B MOE. The importance of separate tracking of federal expenditures is also discussed.
