Please join us for a webinar on February 26 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the IDEA Part B Maintenance of Effort (MOE) requirement.  This is an opportunity for Special Education Directors and Bookkeepers/Finance Staff to receive an overview of this IDEA Part B expenditure requirement.  We will clarify the federal regulation, calculation, and reporting of MOE as well as discuss allowable exceptions and adjustments to MOE.  The importance of separate tracking of federal expenditures will also be discussed.  During the webinar, there will be a PowerPoint presentation followed by a live Q&A about issues discussed in the presentation.
