The Office of Civil Rights with the U.S. Department of Education has issued new guidance titled "Questions and Answers on the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 for Students with Disabilities Attending Public Elementary and Secondary Schools" which can be found at http://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/docs/dcl-504faq-201109.html.  This document discusses what public school districts must do to ensure compliance under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 given the expanded definition of disability found in the amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
