Please join me for a webinar on January 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. which will provide additional guidance and clarification on the new proportionate share carry-over release process and time and effort reporting.  During the webinar there will be a PowerPoint presentation followed by a live Q&A about issues discussed in the presentation.
