Subject: Update on WebSPOE system after February release

As you know, in February 2011 a new version of the WebSPOE system was released. Since the release, the state agency and CFO have been working on tracking and fixing any glitches in the system. We have received several questions, comments and concerns from First Steps providers, as well as Service Coordinators and SPOEs. We appreciate the time it takes for you to send those to us. We are working through them as quickly as possible but the fix will not be immediate. Thank you for being patient with us during this time.
