WebSPOE system
Missouri’s web-based child data and IFSP system (commonly referred to as the WebSPOE system) is located at: www.mofirststeps.com. The system was put in place September 2005. The WebSPOE system contains all elements of referral, evaluation, eligibility determination, Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and service authorizations.
An upgrade to the WebSPOE system is scheduled for release on November 5, 2012. This upgrade will affect the entire website. The upgrade includes new display functionality and new technology to expand access to mobile devices.
