WebSPOE system
Missouri’s web-based child data and IFSP system (commonly referred to as the WebSPOE system) was put in place September 2005 at www.mofirststeps.com. The WebSPOE system contains all elements of referral, evaluation, eligibility determination, Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and service authorizations. An enhancement to the WebSPOE system is scheduled for release on September 28 , 2011.
This enhancement includes a new tab in the child’s record, the “Eval and Assess” tab, an Auto-payment system for IFSP Meeting Authorizations, new messages to the Message Center and new authorizations for the RBI and Joint Visits.
