An enhancement to the WebSPOE system is scheduled for release on February 24, 2011 at 8 am. This enhancement includes a new design (color scheme and layout) and upgraded features such as a Message Center, Assignment of a Primary Provider, Early Childhood Outcome ratings, and increased provider access to information.
Several training documents were developed to assist First Steps providers and Service Coordinators with navigating the updated WebSPOE system, including a recorded webinar and handouts. Please visit the following website for information about the new WebSPOE system:
