It is my pleasure to announce that Heather Crosby has accepted the position of First Steps Area Director for the Southeast region. Heather will assume the position effective December 20, 2010. Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the First Steps program from her positions as a Service Coordinator and a SPOE Director in the First Steps Program. We are excited about Heather joining the team of First Steps Area Directors!
