Please note some of the new or revised questions/answers include:

  • Does First Steps reimburse Parent Educators in the PAT program for attending IFSP meetings?

  • What are compensatory services, and when should they be offered?

  • How should the intake or service coordinator document a situation where there is no enrolled First Steps provider available to provide an early intervention service determined necessary by the IFSP team, and the family has chosen to use a Medicaid provider who is not enrolled with First Steps until a First Steps provider can be found?
