Power Up Conference and Expo
Each year, the Missouri Assistive Technology Council hosts the Power Up Conference and Expo with a mission of strengthening the capacity of people with disabilities, educators, independent living staff, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, information technology technicians, librarians and media specialists, and service providers in assuring the provision of assistive technology.
Power Up 2012 Conference and Expo
Where: Holiday Inn Executive Center, Columbia, MO
When: Monday, April 2, 2012 and Tuesday, April 3, 2012
Cost: $150 for both days
The Power Up 2012 Conference and Expo will feature a variety of sessions which provide up-to-date information on disability-related policy, assistive technology services and devices, independent living issues, educational policy and practices, and information technology accessibility to enhance and promote independence of people with disabilities.
