The FY09 High Need Fund (HNF) application and Current Expenditure per ADA amounts have been posted on the Funds Management webpage at http://www.dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Finance/HighNeedIndex.html. The application is due January 31, 2009, for services provided during the 2007-08 school year. Applications must be saved and submitted electronically via email as an attachment to webreplyspefm@dese.mo.gov.
Districts will be sent a receipt confirmation. Please keep this email for your records.
The High Need Fund (HNF) provides reimbursement for districts serving any student with a disability whose educational costs exceed three times the district's Current Expenditure per ADA amount as calculated on the FY08 Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR).
