The first live EPA payment for the 2005-2006 school year has been made with the December 2005 school payment.  To review the district’s payment calculation and specifics regarding special education personnel, go to the DESE login at https://k12apps.dese.mo.gov/webapps/logon.asp.  This site is password protected and available only to those individuals designated by the district for access.  To view the district report, select EPA under Special Education on the Application Menu page and then select “Report Menu.”  View the following reports:

·Entitlement Calculation Report–SEEPAR002

·Special Education File Audit Report–Educator Assignment Errors–SEEPAR005

 

Extended School Year and Homebound Service reimbursements for the 2004-2005 school year will be included in the January school payment.  Contractual payments will not be made until all SHCPR applications have been processed.
