Pursuant to Missouri law, the Division of Special Education prepares an annual report of the educational status of the eligible students with blindness/visual impairment and reports the findings to the Missouri Legislature on December 1. The report is now available on the web at http://www.dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Blind/documents/BLStudy08.pdf.
