Subject: Proportionate Share Calculations

There was a recent error in the ePeGs system that was not allowing the proportionate share calculations to pull correctly on the FY10 Part B FER. We are pleased to report the error has been fixed in the ePeGs system. Districts with proportionate share calculations are now able to submit FY11 Part B budget applications and request payments for Part B ARRA carryover funds. However, districts will first need to revise the FY10 Part B FER by saving and resubmitting it. Once it has been approved by Division staff, the FY11 Part B budget application will need to be revised and submitted. When both the FY10 Part B FER and FY11 Part B budget application have been approved by Division staff, the district may start to request payments on the Part B ARRA carry-over funds.
