The Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) Parent Guide brochure is located on the
Division's website at:

This brochure is intended to provide parents of children entering Early
Childhood Special Education (ECSE) with an explanation of the ECO entry and
exit ratings. These ratings must be completed for all children entering ECSE
beginning in October 2006. The website also contains all information
presented at the statewide trainings on ECO data collection and reporting
held during September and October 2006.
