Subject: Pending Maintenance of Effort Worksheet Corrections/Submissions

The Division has posted lists of districts needing to submit and/or correct their Maintenance of Effort Worksheets at the following website http://www.dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Finance/mofeindex.html. The first list indicates districts that have not submitted the required MOE worksheet.
The second list indicates districts with submitted MOE worksheets that require corrections or include submitted data that does not match the 2007-2008 Part B Final Expenditure Report.
Please note that districts will NOT receive FY 09 Entitlement funds until the 2007-2008 Maintenance of Effort worksheet and Part B FER are approved.
All worksheets must be submitted to: webreplyspefm@dese.mo.gov. The district should receive an auto reply once the worksheet is received.
