The Individualized Education Program (IEP) form posted on the Division's website at http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Compliance/IEP/Index.html has been updated to include End of Course Exams considerations. The revisions have been made on the special considerations page of the IEP Form and Form D, the modifications and accommodations form.
