Districts educating blind/visually impaired students or who have questions regarding the education of visually impaired students will benefit from contacting the BSS in their area.

 

Northeast RPDC in Kirksville proudly announces that Anthony Blades, Blindness Skills Specialist, is available on a full-time basis to provide services to public school personnel and students in the northeast.  Jennifer Coy provides services for teachers and students in the southeast through Southeast Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC) in Cape Girardeau.  Aundrayah Shermer continues to serve as the BSS at the Southwest RPDC in Springfield.  They encourage your contacts.  For detailed contact information, go to:
