Expenditures for the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program exceeded the Division's State and Federal funds available in 2008-09.
Therefore, the June ECSE payment was prorated to approximately 84.8%.
The remaining amount due districts will be paid with the July (FY 10) School Payment.
