The Homebound Reimbursement Application is part of the new EPA web system.  Please be aware that there is not a “submit button” on this application.  The “save” process places the information in the system making it available for DESE processing.  Should you need to add more lines for data entry, you will need to save first and then use the “Add More Lines” button.  If you do not save first, the system will duplicate all of your entries.  Please contact Funds Management at 573-751-0622 for assistance with duplicated information or if you have questions regarding the web application.
