As the Division is calculating allocations for the ECSE ARRA funds, it is important to determine any changes to ECSE programs beginning July 1, 2009 (FY10). If either of the two scenarios below apply to your district, please notify Sandy Kliethermes at sandy.kliethermes@dese.mo.gov.
a. If your district did not have an ECSE program in FY09 but plans to start a new ECSE program in FY10, or b. If your district had an ECSE program in FY09 but will not have an ECSE program in FY10.
