Subject: Updating Core Data for ECSE FER

Information from Core Data Screens 18 and 20 will be reflected in the
district's Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Final Expenditure Report
(FER). This information should be updated as needed throughout the school
year. Please refer to the Core Data Personnel Detail chart posted on our
website at
http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Finance/ecseindex.html for caseload
guidelines and to make sure the correct course, position, program, grade
level, and delivery system codes are being used.
Do not make any changes to Core Data Screen 11 (child count). This screen is
used to report the December 1 child count for the district and should not be
updated if child count numbers change after that date. If data changes to
Screen 11 were made in error, please correct the data to reflect the
accurate December 1 child count.
