The May payment has been processed in order for school districts to view
current errors on the core data EPA payment system. You may access the Edit
File Audit Report-Educator Assignment Errors (SEEPAR005) by logging
onto the web application.
It is very important that the district review all FY 2005 payment related
data and ensure all updates/corrections to the data associated with the
final FY 2006 June EPA payment are completed no later than May
15 in order that the payment is calculated correctly. Any changes to
district data after the June 2006 payment has been calculated will not be
reflected in the district's hold harmless amount used in the calculation of
the state adequacy target used in the new school foundation formula
beginning July 2006.
