The on-line Missouri Deaf Educator Community of Practice (CoP), developed by Missouri State University under contract with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, is available to connect professionals serving preK-12 students who are deaf or hard of hearing in Missouri with peer support and resources.
The Deaf Educator CoP contains many valuable resources. It is a place to share ideas, classroom activities, and receive/provide support to other professionals.
Please join us on this exciting journey creating a community of professionals dedicated to serving deaf and hard of hearing students in Missouri! To join the DHH CoP go to: http://campus.elearningmo.org. No enrollment key is required for this CoP (Course). IF you do not have an account, use the directions on the right hand side of the window to create an account following the prompts. When the list of courses becomes visible, select the Deaf Educator Community of Practice. When prompted, say YES and you are registered. IF you have registered at eLearning for Educators previously, use your existing username and password to login. When the opening screen appears, there will be a box on the left hand side of the window entitled "My Courses." Click on
All Courses and select the CoP. When prompted, say YES and you are registered. E-Learning for Educators will send an email to you to confirm your identity for security purposes. For help accessing the CoP, email elearning@missouri.edu.
