At this time, districts may request up to 90% of their FY 09 Part B Allocation. If the district receives a disapproval notice via email, please view the DESE comments located on the Payment Request page for the reason for the denial. The remaining Part B funds may be requested upon submission of the Part B Final Expenditure Report due June 15,
2009.
