IMPORTANT REMINDER:  The homebound application for reimbursement is no longer available to file via paper.  You must use the new online reimbursement application by accessing it through the web application https://k12apps.dese.mo.gov/webapps/logon.asp and selecting the following:  Special Education/EPA/Homebound Services.  Please remember that while reimbursement is limited to five hours per week, the determination of just how many hours a week a student is to receive homebound program is a decision to be made by the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team.
