We have received requests from folks in the field who would like to see child complaint decisions posted on our website. In response, we have decided to post a sampling of the decisions on the Compliance webpage
at: http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Complaint_System/ click on Sampling of Child Complaint Decisions.
You will notice that confidential information has been redacted from these complaints as well as the school district name. Only the allegation(s) and the "Decision" section have been included.
