A 'Math and Science Adaptations for Students with Visual Impairments' workshop is being offered at the Heart of Missouri RPDC, Columbia, on Friday, April 2, 2010.  The workshop will focus on necessary curriculum and material adaptations for students with visual impairments enrolled in math and science classes, kindergarten through twelfth grade.  Adaptations will range from low-tech to high-tech.  At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to determine when and what type of adaptation is needed for math and science class.  Lunch and parking hang tags will be provided.  Cost is $65.00.
