The Excess Cost Public Placement Fund payment schedule for the 2003-2004 school year is now available to view on the DESE website at http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Finance/ppfpayments.htm.

 

The Public Placement Fund will not be prorated this year; payment will be made at 100%.  The first partial payment was made in the February School payment under “Pub. Placement” revenue code 5369.  The remaining portion will be paid in the April School payment.

 

Letters were sent to applying districts on February 2, 2005, with exact payment amounts and copies of applications if changes were made by DESE.  If you did not receive your letter or if you have any questions regarding this fund, please contact Shelley Witherbee at 573-522-2523 or shelley.witherbee@dese.mo.gov.
