Free workshop on the Paraprofessional in the Role of Intervener for a Student with Combined Vision and Hearing Loss
Missouri School for the Blind is sponsoring a one-day workshop at no charge for participants to provide information on the importance of individualized supports for a student with deafblindness, the roles of the support staff, and the importance of specialized staff training to support the student.

Part C Application for Federal Funds under IDEA
All states making application for funds under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) are required to make available for public review and comment the application packet for the federal funds.
New MAP-A Field Test and Professional Development Self-Directed Learning Modules
The field test for the new Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) (to be known as the new MAP-A) is designed to accomplish certain goals and collectively prepare the new instruction and assessment system for its operational phase beginning in the fall of 2014.
