Attendees will learn about the McKinney-Vento legislation and the duties of LEAs in carrying out that legislation. The definition of "Homelessness" will be discussed, the Dispute Resolution Process, and the duties of the LEAs homeless liaison. This webinar will be of benefit to Homeless Liaisons, Social Workers and Federal Program Coordinators.
