Missouri will administer a fixed form for the Spring 2015 assessment. The test will consist of Smarter Balanced items and will be based on the Smarter Balanced test blueprint as planned. This decision should ensure that Missouri schools will have a quality product for the 2015 assessment and should provide a solid step toward full implementation of the computer adaptive test in spring 2016.
