Afterschool Reading Tax Refund Program Available
New legislation that began January 1, 2008 allows an individual, couple or corporation to contribute their tax refund, or any amount thereof, to the “Afterschool Retreat Reading and Assessment Grant Program.”
Again this year you can make a contribution to the fund through your tax refund. If you are not receiving a tax refund you can still make a contribution to this fund by including a separate check, draft or other negotiable instrument with your tax payment, or you may send your contribution in separately. Please make contribution payments payable to:

Be sure to clearly designate that your contribution is for the “Afterschool Retreat Reading and Assessment Grant Program.” With your contribution, we can help more children in need of reading assistance.
