2011 Report: Recruitment and Retention of Teachers in Missouri Public Schools
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is required to prepare an annual report to the Missouri General Assembly about the status of the teacher workforce in Missouri public schools. The latest report was presented to the State Board of Education in December 2011. It analyzes key statistics and trends over the past decade (2000-2011).
